The Marine Immersion Suit
The Marine Immersion Safety Suit is made of highly waterproof chloroprene rubber material which aims at to protect the wearer from hypothermia if they fall into the cold water or otherwise exposed when the people abandoned the vessels and were in emergency situation, especially in the international open voyage.
It usually has integral footwear, and a hood, and either built-in gloves or watertight wrist seals.  The type II immersion suit includes an pillow which is permanently attached high on the back.  It provides enhanced stability to the wearer, if conscious,allows them to keep the head above water, and to keep wind and seas from striking the face. The immersion suit is an significant survival equipment at the open sea.  It can greatly improve the wearer's survival time in cold water.

1.Waterproof Performance: The water permeability amount is less than 200g after the wearer has floated on water for one hour.

2.Thermo-insulation performance: After the wearer soaks in stationary water of 0-2 degree for 6 hours, the drop of the body temperature is less than 2 degree.

3.Floating Force performance: The wearer can turn over within 5s, so that his face is toward up and the nose and mouth portion is 120mm above the water level, after the wearer soaks in water for 24 hours, the floatinf force loss of the suit is less 5%.

1.Begin by rolling the survival suit onto a flat surface, and sit on it. Slip your legs into the suit using plastic bags to ease the process. Wear protective boots and suitable clothing for insulation in water.

2. Initiate by inserting your non-dominant hand into the designated suit sleeve, ensuring a comfortable fit. Use your free hand to gently pull the hood over your head.

3.Subsequently, insert your dominant hand into its respective sleeve, carefully zip up the suit, ensuring it covers your face securely.

4.Confirm the proper fastening of all straps and hoses to prevent any entanglement or injury. Avoid inflating the airbag until you are in the water for safety measures.
